Our prices are per room based on two persons sharing and include;

Deposits of 10% are required for ALL bookings with no exception.

Cancellations: 

Due to the nature of our business we are always happy to refund your deposit or alter the dates of your booking if adequate notice is given, with a minimum notice period of 48hrs. If less than 48hrs then we are unable to refund the 10% deposit but are happy to amend to alternate dates.
